What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You walk into the room your child would join. The shelves hold blocks, books, and art supplies at child height. If the weather is good, you step outside and see where the children play.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room. Ask how the day flows, from arrival to rest to pickup. Ask how they help children settle in during the first weeks.
Your questions
Ask about hours, meals, pickups, and tuition. Ask what you need to bring and how you hear about your child's day. If we do not know an answer on the spot, we follow up.
Before you come
Before you come, think about what your child needs during the day. Bring your questions and, if you like, bring your child. A tour works best when your child can see the room and meet the teacher. We care for children from 18 months through Pre K.
Ask about hours and pickup times. Ask how meals and rest work. Ask how the first weeks are handled and how you hear about the day. Ask what happens when a child is unwell. You can ask us anything.
